Unlock the future of manufacturing with advanced inkjet technology
Navigating inkjet technology can seem complex, but Quantica is here to make it easier. We offer complete application development services, supporting you every step of the way, from concept to production. With our expertise and advanced printhead technology, capable of jetting high-viscosity materials, we’ll help you fully explore the possibilities of digital inkjet printing for enhanced manufacturing applications.
From material qualification to jetting trials, printing trials, and industrial integration, we offer a full spectrum of services to bring your application to life.
Step 1
Evaluating material compatibility and rheology.
We begin by testing and evaluating the compatibility of the material with our systems. This step ensures that the material's physical properties are suitable for jetting.
What is evaluated
Step 2
Analyzing droplet formation and performance of material during jetting.
Combining our JetPack with advanced dropwatching systems, we analyze the formation, speed, volume, and stability of droplets during jetting. Our Material Management System (MMS) is specially engineered to handle high-viscosity fluids by controlling temperature, ensuring maximum system compatibility.
What is observed
Step 3
Developing print models and optimizing print quality to reach application requirements.
We conduct rigorous print trials to optimize print modes and achieve high-quality prints that meet your application needs.
What is tested
Step 4
Collaborating with customers and partners to integrate our NovoJetTM Technology into existing production lines.
Quantica collaborates with leading companies across diverse industries to develop a vast range of applications, including:
Industrial Coatings
Adhesives
Displays
PCBs and Semicons
Printed Electronics
Label & Packaging
Dental & Medical Devices
Challenge
A customer in the energy sector was looking to transition from traditional roll-to-roll or screen printing methods to a digital process for working with a high-viscosity UV-curable adhesive.
Result
Quantica’s advanced printhead, capable of jetting high-viscosity materials, successfully jetted and printed an adhesive with a viscosity of 13,000 mPa•s at room temperature. Showcasing the potential of using inkjet to apply industrial adhesives that can be used for fuel cell or e-motor manufacturing.
To scale our application development efforts, Quantica collaborates with renowned research institutes that bring extensive inkjet expertise to the table. Our key partners include:
