Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager in our office in Berlin! Together with the Head of Finance you will run and build the finance department at Quantica. As Quantica is currently entering the market with its unique product after its development phase, the most interesting time to work in finance is now! There are a lot of opportunities and challenges ahead and finance with your contribution can strongly shape the performance and the future of Quantica.

Therefore, you will support and take over responsibilities in following fields:

• Monthly and annual closings under German HGB
• Development of accounting and controlling landscape
• Reports for the investors and the management team
• Budgeting and Business planning
• Finance, Controlling and Legal related projects for internationalisation and growth
• Securing smooth and reliable workflow

• Business/Finance related degree from a university or business school
• Knowledge of financial processes and understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
• 2 years of experience within finance functions
• High motivation and willingness to develop yourself
• Strong knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP-Systems is a plus
• Experience with financial process integrations, IFRS (incl. GAAP conversion) and auditing processes is a plus
• Experience with an agile company setups is a plus, the willingness to work in it is a must
• Fluency in English and German language are must
