Quantica is an additive manufacturing technology company that has developed its own printhead technology. Our novel printhead technology enables professionals to print using functional materials previously deemed impossible.

Quantica´s headquarters is located in Berlin at Innovationspark Wuhlheide. We employ people from a multitude of disciplines, such as print head engineers, material scientists, physicists, mechanical engineers, electronic engineers, software developers, as well as business and marketing specialists. As our team comes from diverse backgrounds and from all five continents our most used and default language is English.

Role & Responsibilities

We are building a world-class service team to help our customers print without limits. As a Service Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our groundbreaking technology and work with our customers to make things in a way previously impossible. You will resolve technical issues, investigate machine errors, and evaluate printer logs on and off-site. Onsite, you will perform visits to train and onboard new partners and customers, as well as repair and maintain their 3D printers and accessories. Offsite, you will assist Quantica’s partners and customers with technical issues via various modes of communication. 

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Technically support our partners and customers in resolving issues with their 3D printers by email and phone
  • Perform on-site 3D printer installations, on-boarding, training, repairs, and maintenance for partners and customers in the field
  • Work with product management, engineering, operations and other departments for new product development introduction and execute/manage Beta plans
  • Work on documentation and training materials
  • Help partners deliver outstanding service to their customers 
  • Collaborate on solving technical issues with our global engineering team

Education & Experience

  • Have strong communication skills (verbal and written)
